  • If you cancel your course after starting but within the 30-day window, you may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the completion status of the course.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Downloadable Materials: Once downloaded or accessed, any supplementary materials (eBooks, worksheets, etc.) are non-refundable.
  • Promotional Discounts: If a course was purchased using a promotional discount or voucher, refunds will be issued based on the amount paid after the discount.

4. Refunds for Subscriptions and Memberships

  • Monthly Subscriptions: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months.
  • Annual Subscriptions: Refunds for annual subscriptions will only be granted within the first 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued.
